listening to
amplified
rain-soaked
raw
Rock
music
festivals
in the thick mud
of rural Somerset in summertime?
 
The Answer (haiku)
 
Glastonbury mud’s
made bearable only by
music, sex and drugs

Wow, Mike!  That is just brilliant.  As for your question on whether to centre it, I think the first one would look great centred.  I like the content too; good idea!  I've often asked the first question myself!

Spot on Mike, I wouldn't be seen dead there. My last outdoor concert was The Stones in the Park.
Haiku need not be centred, It's almost impossible on this site anyway, it's way out of date!

Now you could go a different way and do this HAIBUN style by making the first a paragraph of prose (suggested end)

music in the thick mud of rural Somersetime.

and then the haiku.

(suggested beginning) Glastonbury mud

Haibun is a perfect question answer form.

You've created a muddy, noisy  scene in The Question which I enjoyed.

The Answer made me chuckle.
