Some events, long lost moments, people, friends, mistakes, problems, sins, depression, bitterness, madness, illness, tensions, injuries, tests, pain, stress, actions and their reactions, are just a part of our past, which we all possess.
In our past, we own some memories which we can neither dig out nor dislodge, sometimes realities and mostly illusions, sometimes sheer happiness and mostly utter stupidity just affected our lives in some profound way.But without these small tests which we all had had in our past, our life would be just nothing more than a straight, smooth, paved, road to "NOWHERE...!"
We get lessons at each and every moment we pass. They might be the hardest but probably the most important ones, but we don't talk about the lessons we just talk about the past. Why?
At this very moment we are all in our present, but why do we grieve at our past? Why people with nothing to talk about always think the past is so important???
The incidents in the past might be the most pungent ones but their is always a reason they did not make any way to our future.Instead of lamenting the past we should focus on our present and repent for the mistakes in our past.Because the best among the sinners is the one who repents. And the one who repents is like the one who has never sinned.
"Except those who repent and believe and do righteous deeds; for those, God will change their sins into good deeds, and God is oft forgiving, Most Merciful."
(25:70) Al-Quran.
Past indeed is the only thing which makes us strong enough to pass through the vicissitudes of life.Walk on the road that leads to the future.Live in the present.Let bygones be bygones.Strive for better.Hope for the best...
and God knows better...
