"One does not chose this kind of life. This kind of life chooses you."
Lucky Everyday...
Lately, Lucky Boyce has been anything but lucky.
When her wealthy and charming husband divorces her and squashes her career, Lucky feels defeated and desperate for respite. Fortunately, old friends welcome her to New York where life begins with a promise. Determined, and trying to make a difference she volunteers to teach yoga to prison inmates. But when self-esteem and love start to surface, a series of bizarre events leave Lucky searching once again for answers. Is her journey through life destined to be marred by duplicity and betrayal? Or does she simply need to overcome her fears and look within for the strength to break free? A stunning novel about one woman’s struggle towards enlightenment, Lucky Everyday blends the principles of yoga with a thoroughly modern take on the quest for a fulfilled life.

Hi, Bapsy, and welcome to WriteWords

I'm assuming this is a back cover blurb for your novel. If you were writing a synopsis for submission to agents it would need to be more detailed, telling the main story and introducing the main characters, and complete with the ending. Preferably one side of A4 in length, and single spaced.

There are a couple of phrases in this, which I would advise leaving out of a synopsis: 'A stunning novel' and 'principles of yoga'. The latter should also be left out of a cover blurb unless the book is a yoga manual.

All the best with the writing,
