selling her wares.
Vivid red dress.
All stop and stare.

Cleavavage low,
breast firm and round.
Laughing out loud.
Raucous sound.

Undo the bodice.
ribbon by ribbon.
Flesh falls out,
all in a tumble.

Lift up her skirts,
Show you the bloomers.
Take your time.
Will be another penny.

This female/male/she-male courtesan could be the origin of the term 'per per view'. If this were a large person, then one could possibly comment on your third stanza by saying 'I have never seen a person go in so many different directions at once'.
