Extreme age showed etched on his face an atlas of crevaces mapping existence that had moved through eons
He winced against pain his wizened body stooped from too many steps to too many notes
Teetering as if to fall he edges along the tightrope path once secure a tear glistens as he reminises strong he once walked home from the station

Hi catherine. I almost missed this as it wasn't posted on Flash Poetry. I'm glad I didn't! Great use of the phrases in an excellent poem. I really liked an atlas of crevaces
