Contours
and colours,
shapes
and shades,
encasing my being
'til anxiety fades.
Herculean headache
subsides 'neath my brain
as the contours
and colours
join in
soothing refrain.

As an artist i can relate to colours and shapes. Feel these and you feel life.xx

As a child I found a degree of fun, and perhaps solace in the world of lego.....I am now older, and find that I am drawn to works of sculpture. A blind man may not appreciate colour the way we do, but perhaps they apreciate a caress more than we could ever hope to understand....

Roov - how very true. I'm no artist but I love to draw, experimenting with colour and shape; it provides solace for the soul.

Feraless - indeed, a heightening of the senses. Re you and lego, maybe you should nip out to Toys R Us and pick up a set...you're never too old!

No, I now prefer to lube (for better aerodynamics on the back of my moped) down blow-up dolls so I can transport them as pillion passengers......a far cry from coloured plastic blocks....kind of......errrrrrm
