Almost there

and the toy town houses
with the corgi cars
slowly become larger

until

I can touch the roof tops.
Paths snake over green
pockets with broccoli trees

when suddenly

we bank, and everything
turns upside down. Blue
sky underneath us and

all we dream of

flying past until we
settle back into the real
world and take our rightful

place.

Thanks Oonah. I have to say that it was the thought of flying off tomorrow which prompted this, but with the forecast of horrendous winds across the Irish sea, it won't be pleasant, assuming the flights are cancelled!

I'll just close my eyes and hold tight!

<Added>

I meant aren't cancelled

Nervous, Joanie? We landed in 100mph headwinds once at Newcastle. The pilot got a cheer and a round of applause as he walked through the airport. Don't worry. Have a great time.

Joanie - I love the way in which you space your images - this works wonderfully.
