drunk-drowsy laziness

until
she spotted
the units.

Go for it Joannie - worry kills more people than booze any day.

Anyway aren't the daily/weekly units a target not a limit?

Tongue in cheek.

A single idea nicely captured.

Hi Joanie. Enjoyed this - especially the two final bombshell words. The whole thing is like a compressed anecdote, something someone might tell in conversation, at much (even too much) greater length. But your characteristic concise verse crystallises it.

James.

Being American, it took me a mere moment to get the understanding of some of the words, but once I did, I laughed outloud! I refuse to eat or drink at a place that lets me know the caloric damage I am doing. Loved this! Divi

Distilled to perfection. Full bodied with a very fine nose. And funny!

Best,

Mike

Divi, I'm glad you could relate to it eventually! Never look at the calories!

Thanks
