What is milk? I ask myself.
Skimmed?
Semi skimmed?
Full cream.
No one knows it seems.

Is it,
Sterilised?
Pasturised?
Evaporated?
Homogenized?
Who knows.

daily,weekly,monthly.
Bottled,carton or canned.
Or is it,just cows gone mad.

I have never been shown a semi-skimmed cow or a full-fat one. How do the farmers tell the difference?
