I demand that you love me,
I command your respect,
I expect you to guard me
from all angry threats.
I order you to worship
on the ground at my feet,
to eternally be there,
never to flee.
I condemn you to serve me,
to hang on each breath.
Committed through life,
joined together in death.
If ever you should leave me
I'd grow stronger,
it's true,
yet my will,
weak,
surrenders,
dependent on you.
I command your respect,
I expect you to guard me
from all angry threats.
I order you to worship
on the ground at my feet,
to eternally be there,
never to flee.
I condemn you to serve me,
to hang on each breath.
Committed through life,
joined together in death.
If ever you should leave me
I'd grow stronger,
it's true,
yet my will,
weak,
surrenders,
dependent on you.
