Why does life change colour?
As a girl, I was red
Vibrant
Explosive
Eyes, like the blue flame in a fire
Hair as red as the burning lava from a volcano
Skin as pink from the excitement from life
MOOD
BRIGHT
Vivid
Red
As a woman it changes
Mellows
Calms
Blue
Eyes like a cornflower
Bright but blue
Hair with age fades to the colour of corn
Which redheads do
Skin mellowed
Smooth like a peach

Mood! Just a good shade of blue

I like the transitional nature of this piece, but being a red head, it's better than it would be for me, as my transition involved losing hair, with what little remained turning from back to white.

While the hair changed, the feisty nature did not, I dare to venture.

Walrus.... shade of blue is with age.
was a fiery person when young. Age mellows so blue.
