Stepping from this world to the other isn't hard at all.
It's just a bit of climbing as you have to cross the wall.
Within the coolness of the green
Some strange people I have seen
Tall, and light and flickering,
Yet older than the oldest thing.
They carried me right through the air
Upon a bridge that isn't there
I stepped..
The world was changed forever as I turned to bid farewell.
Now and then I have to go and stand upon the hill.
You may catch them unawares as I did upon the mound
But I'm careful that I always keep my feet upon the ground.
