I love to feel you
dripping into me.

But why do you always
drip through me?

Hello Stephen, hope you are keeping well. This struck me as amusing and a bit tongue-in-cheek so I hope I have not misinterpreted it. To me it symbolises two of the many sides of a close relationship and your spare use of words is very well suited to the subject matter. This is why I so love short poetry - why say it in thirty stanza if you can say it in 16 words? Thank you very much for sharing.
Beanie.

Hi Stephen,

I like the wistful quality this has. For me it expresses anticipation, followed by the frustration of failing to connect with someone.

Nice work.

Tony
