I think your piece is very sweet and I felt it.

Melanie, usually when it comes to poetry "I don't get it". However on this occasion I "got it".

I liked it so much I've just emailed it to my sister-in-law. Sometime ago when I was telling her how disappointed I was that I "didn't get" poetry, she suggested I might understand Haiku.

Because I did "get it", I thought I would email it to her, I hope you don't mind. I included your name in the email so she would know who wrote it.
