Ninety nine percent vacuum
One percent mass
Humans....
Us
How does that sit with you?
Boding well?
I suspect not

All gas and spurious
No real foundation
Me and You....
Us
Are you surprised?
Sitting down?
I expect you are

Magnetically drawn
In all this space
Our repulsion....
Us
Does attraction register
On your Richter scale?
Shall I hazard a guess?
Not......

Hi Esther. Hmmm . . . you are playing your scientist card here? Not really knowing your work, could not tell if you wrote this with a smile (ironic, of course!) or a sneer?

Always wondered how quantum mechanics would be expressed in poetry!

Struck by lines; "All gas and spurious
No real foundation", but the, "Me and You . . . Us"
makes me see this an analogy. So regardless of the above comments;

"Magnetically drawn
In all this space
Our repulsion....
Us
Does attraction register
On your Richter scale?
Shall I hazard a guess?
Not...... "

is sublime - to be attracted and repulsed . . . here you talk people not physics?

Wonderful word play! Do like it! Plagious
