Tee is my nickname, Foley is my Grandmother’s maiden name, so there you go – pen name Tee Foley!
Having lived in The Midlands for all of my life, I now reside in Warwickshire with my two (smothered & adored my moiré) teenage sons and dog (who lives on my bed).
Fully-fledged published Writer since Feb 04 - when I decided to go full hog and become a true hermit - allowing my vivid imagination to develop its extraordinary angle, in the comfort of my 3rd bedroom/now office full of crap!
I am a cynical, offbeat Comedy Writer who would (eventually) like to portray myself as a female version of 'Roald Dahl' (yet…strictly for grown ups!). This is apparent in my series 'Bad Dates & Strange Mates' i.e. The Nerd - The Sleaze - The Guttersnipe & so on...Yes - I have experienced the entire collection albeit from a safe distance yet close enough to write about. Also my latest project The Revolting Adventures of Dotty & Stella...
I enjoy a quirky, naive and sometimes adverse outlook towards Modern Day Life in the 21st Century and I adore people watching with a jot pad and a coffee.
All genders are incorporated into my material. There are no exclusions - although I have a particular keenness to appeal to other 'Single Parents' & ‘Singletons’ in general!
