My name is Suzanne Stokes and I live in Spain on the Costa Blanca with husband David.
I've always been a scribbler and wrote for women's magazines when we lived in Singapore in the late 70's. I also wrote childrens' TV programmes and pantomimes for the Singapore Stage Club.
Returning to the UK in 1980, my writing skills were mostly used for marketing a variety of businesses for a long time, but retiring early five years ago gave me a chance to work for Round Town News here in Spain, turning in 6 stories, both news and features each week. But I wanted to write fiction and gave up the day job. I have completed three novels, one of which is to be published in about 6 weeks by Libros International, a small independent publisher based in Spain. My wip is about a dating agency. Well, I used to run one so have lots of ammunition..I mean research...of course I mean research.
