Steve Lambert

My dark, atmospheric love story Still - first performed in Bristol and then Exeter - has now been staged in Lincoln.

The full-length drama, produced by Out of the Box Theatre Company, was performed at the Drill Hall on March 28 and 29, 2014.

My most recent full-length drama, Aftercare, spent a week at the Alma Tavern, Bristol, before a three-week run at the White Bear, London, in 2013. For more information about the production, please click here.

My first performed play was Last Train (Southwest Scriptwriters, Tobacco Factory, Bristol) in 2005. Since then, my work has been produced by Max Theatre Company, Theatre West and Page 2 Stage in Bristol; Bike Shed Theatre Company in Exeter; ScenePool, Optik and Spilt Milk in London; and Cloud Nine in the North East.

Work includes Happy Happy Happy (Trinity Centre, Bristol), Showing the Monster (Alma Tavern, Bristol), Peter and Andy (Theatre503, Battersea), Still (Bike Shed, Exeter), Girl Friend (Bristol Folk House), Tea & Filth (Hen and Chickens, Islington; Union Theatre, Southwark), Touch (Alma Tavern), The Darkroom (Alma Tavern), Sleep With Me (venues in Cheltenham, Dursley and Malvern) and Vacant (Old Red Lion, London).

My monologue Girl Friend and one-act dolphin-related comedy Happy Happy Happy are published and represented by YouthPLAYS.
