'The Pond View imprint was founded in 1988, launching its first series of books - the Enjoy Mathematics series with publishers Hawthorns Publications. These were quickly followed by a number of previously unrecorded biographies and novels, such as Trix: The previously unpublished writings of Kipling's forgotten sister and The Journey, a novel of Playwright Robin Hawdon. Further publications followed; Dan the Handyman and Gladys the Dragon, colourfully illustrated, serialised storybooks aimed towards assisting young children with reading and an interesting adventure series aimed at a slightly older audience.'
