I am a 37 year old enthusiastic foodie, I dream about recipes, I often cook to relax, and spend most of my time engrossed in a recipe book - despite this, I do have a laugh and a great sense of humour. With this in mind I've just finished writing a book entitled 'culinary memories of a 70s child' full of recipes, anecdotes...a chance to revisit some of the dishes we all enjoyed in the 70s and 80s.
Recently had the great opportunity of taking part in a TV cookery show to be aired in September 2007 - didn't do too badly, and managed to plug the book too...so here goes.
