After graduating with a degree in Accounting and Economics at Cardiff University in 1996, I enjoyed a gap year before combining my love of horseracing with my analytical skills to become a private tipster. Although I enjoyed great success and plenty of positive feedback for the weekly publication, the costs of advertising, printing and posting proved too high.
Since then I've carved a successful career as a horseracing journalist. Among the titles I regularly contribute to are the Racing Post, Racing and Football Outlook, Racing and Football Outlook Annual, In The Know magazine and South Wales Evening Post.
At 32, I'm a fully established journalist in constant demand and I also advise a betting syndicate.
