A Disillusioned Angel
I walked out of heaven
disappointed to hell,
I shook paradisal dust
loose from my sole,
poured myself a large
double tequila sunrise,
put on my pink leather looks
and hit the bars down town,
for heaven is always best
viewed from the bottom up.
