To Pologise.
We pologise to passengers on platform nine
Awaiting the arrival of the ten o five from Tring
Due to Autumn leaves upon the line
This train is due sometime in Spring.
We pologise once more
For breaking down your door
Our officers had the wrong address
Pologies for the unfortunate distress.
We pologise to all whose infants we inject
With poisons we did not detect
It is regrettable
Your child ending up a vegetable.
We pologise for the panic and the terror
Due to unforeseen computer error
Bombs will shortly be arriving from the sky
Pologies to all our customers who die.
We pologise as well
For turning heaven into hell
And hope this doesn’t cause
You too much inconvenience.
