Summary: Slightly infatuated by this intriguing lady .Well I like the older woman but 350 years old is taking things a little too far.The Milkmaid is a very accessible picture.(on many a website) I tried to make it enjoyable even without her image ,but have I succeeded?

Gravity is coaxed by gripped finesse,
with the powered tilt of a womans arm.
She does hold a perfect pour through jug lips.

The milkmaid`s manna made on earth`s patient plain.
Life`s hurried excitments;away from her days.
duty bound to the manor born:Etiquette too refrain.

You work for those who are or, to be,
but for you a simple stay.
That has more than a hint of majesty.

Outside lends light through a transparent glass wall.
Peeps in to illuminate, your eminence.
The humble cobbles of bread imitate, a luminescent gem stall.

Your passion inwardly kept, offered up as kindness!
When thrown to the surface always controlled.
The rolled over-sleves showing your considered tidiness.

Yellow turns to gold,of your bodice.
Fine thread see the luminary?
With the sun rays, like tiny fonts it manifests.

Mix of matter of your over-skirt,
blue and black get wrapped,
today perpetuates ;chores scruff and dirt.

The gleaming brass basket kept for best in residence,
proud to be enlightened with you,a parade of shades,
Solar tones ,placed on your face,no indifference.

So Mr Vermeer,is it true ,the milk maid to view
to show of her wide character,of strength and steadfast,
that she was a mistress ,so meant more to you?

So a good composition with excellent sense of perspective.
Has a good idea of perception?
To show temperance, grace or beauty of an ordinariness.
