To drift amongst the tides of man
Becalmed on the uncertain seas of humanity
I wait for a breeze to stir
A fresh wind of circumstance to restart my journey
Far across the lonely waters of indifference
To the distant shores of a kindred spirit
And into the safety of the harbour of another’s soul.
