Staring through the window,
watching the wind
violently beating the trees
I attempt to decipher
all the feelings inside of me.
The rights and wrongs
The should I, shouldn’t I?
The will it, won’t it?
One versus the other,
possibilities and probabilities,
hopes and dreams,
doubts and fears.
I know opinions shouldn’t matter
but even mine are confused.
As the window steams up
even though it fights,
so clouded.
The battle rages, and I’m finding it
so difficult.
