blank pages
fill my mind
with fingers
pointing
blaming the artless
for lack 
of imagnation
 
I wait
desperate
for my muse
to appear
 
she is elusive
darts behind walls
and shadows
to stare
face to face
smiling as she
becomes ether
 
I long to leave myself
in tattood ink
but my words
hide
circling my soul
until every feeling
is a whisper
