Oh Angel of the night,
Come take me to your heart.
For what darkness could my soul consume,
Without breath, without sound,
Unfounded by the fire in the blood
that our hearts cannot confine alone
to this place, this moment,
Where we two become one.
Though time has kept us apart,
Slowly it draws us together.
Like the gentle sands, we flow into a chasm,
Longing for the touch of silky skin,
You consume my very soul,
As I know what my heart really feels,
You pull me into your embrace
and make me your woman.
Come take me to your heart.
For what darkness could my soul consume,
Without breath, without sound,
Unfounded by the fire in the blood
that our hearts cannot confine alone
to this place, this moment,
Where we two become one.
Though time has kept us apart,
Slowly it draws us together.
Like the gentle sands, we flow into a chasm,
Longing for the touch of silky skin,
You consume my very soul,
As I know what my heart really feels,
You pull me into your embrace
and make me your woman.
