Sacred rejuvenation

Word Count: 80
Summary: Even on the most gloomy of days, a break in the clouds can lift the spirits

I stare up at mono-chromatic skies,

A churning cauldron, a darkened tempest,

My tortured heart boiling within my breast,

A twisted old crone, a black raven flies.

Stirrings rumble from within hallowed halls

Like shifting sands, the clouds slowly part,

God's fiery eye, a burning arrow darts,

Captured prisms of light, Angel tears fall.

Anointed in this heavenly cascade

Pure energy rises up into my veins,

My mind takes flight onto celestial planes,

In this shimmering light, I am remade.
