THE MAN

A man without a mission
A mission without a heart
A heart without a soul
A soul without a spirit
Many faces, each to its own
Is this a man?
The man pushes till he gets his goal
Pushes so hard he reaches your soul
He is not of your past, nor of your future
He is here and now
Take it
Accept it
That's all you have
My mind took a jerk when pushed by the man
I didn't like it
He searched and reached for my soul
Brought me from the hell of a despair
I had made for myself
The man was selfless to say the least
Knew that to push me was what i did need
You cannot own him
You cannot analyse him
He walks alone
But is not lonely
To understand him is impossible
As the years went by I thought I was happy
The man came again, to push me once more
Did anyone really love him?
Did anyone really care?
Perhaps it was his ability and the things he loved to share?
People only loved him for the things he did for them
As opposed to loving him for who he really was
Much better to be straight with him
His shoulders are broad
He can take it
The man with a mission
Selfless
Unique
Fearless
Defiant
He walks alone
But is not lonely
